Donation for Only Temple Services

I have read and fully understand the Religious Donation requirements as set forth in the Bylaws of the Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple of Greater Chicago (“ALTGC”). I am at least 18 years of age and I agree to abide by the ALTGC Constitution and Bylaws. I understand that this is not transferable!
